We offer sizes from XS to 3XL across most of our range. If a specific product doesn't have your size in stock, use the 'Notify Me' option and we'll alert you when it's restocked.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets including Razorpay and PayTM. Cash on delivery (COD) is also available on select pin codes.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, your order moves into processing and we may not be able to make changes. Please contact us at support@gymgrade.in as soon as possible.

Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days across India. Express delivery (1–3 business days) is available at checkout for select locations. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free standard shipping.

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact. Sale items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective.

Size exchanges are free on your first exchange per order. Simply raise an exchange request from your account or email us at support@gymgrade.in with your order number and the size you need.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
